Preparing for an upcoming fight?

Fight preparation varies for each individual, with some fighters ready for their first amateur bout after just six months of training, while others train for years. Your trainer will guide you on the specific requirements based on your readiness. Typically, you should be physically fit to handle the required number of rounds (e.g. 3 x 2 minutes for adults) and have experience in hard sparring to ensure self-protection during the fight.

Once you and your trainer agree that you’re ready to compete, the process begins with registering through SmoothComp. As part of the registration, you’ll need to undergo blood tests and provide approval from your doctor, which should be uploaded to SmoothComp. Once all the necessary administrative steps are complete, we will work on matching you with a suitable opponent.
